What Makes American Family Loan Different?

All of our staff are veterans. Most have been with the company since we started up 11 years ago.  We're all licensed, so the real expertise goes to work long before we even begin to discuss rate and terms.  We have access to all the mortgage programs, unlike lenders who only offer their own programs.  We offer theres, ours and everyone elses at whoesale rates, not retail rates.  There are a lot of of ways to calculate which mortgage works for you. And a lot of programs you might not be aware that are not the usual 30- or 15-year fixed rate loans that might better meet your goals in taking out a new mortgage.  .

We're with you from the first "hello" till your loan is closed and recorded.  By that time, we'll be on a first-name basis and ready to help you next time

At many mortgage firms, you talk to an "account executive,"  a phone-salesman who chats you up a bit, gets some basic facts and goes on to the next "customer,"  sending your file into the maws of the "machine."  He/she may or may not be licensed, and the majority of the time they are new-comers who really don't know what goes on after the company goes to work to find and close a mortgage.  Their business is to sell you on their product, not to help you find the best mortgage for you in your circumstances. 

AmericanFamily Loan doesn't have any "account executives."  We are all licensed Loan Officers from the President to the Processors.  Everyone has done many hundreds of mortgages in a surprising variety of programs.  So, since we pledge to keep on top of your mortgage's journey from first contact through funding, we will be updating you every step of the way.  We don't let it go into the mysterious engine of "backroom" complexities unaccompanied.  That means we'll regularly be checking with you by phone or email and we'll always be ready for your calls or emails if you have a question.  If something happens that might change the loan in progress (sudden significant dip in rates, e.g.) , we'll get back to you instantly for some discussions of should-we, and how-should-we, make changes that affordyou a better loan.

We're just not going to let anything go wrong somewhere along the line, so if you think we're being a pest, remember, it is for your benefit. 

The who, why, when, where and how of AFLC

AMERICAN FAMILY LOAN CORPORATION (AFLC.COM) was formed in 1996 as a Mortgage Brokerage Firm, specializing in best-rate mortgages with access to ALL programs: first and 2nd, no down payment, credit-challenged, terms of up to 50-years, rates as low as 1%, and off-shoots of all of them.  We also were helping mortgage clients to find and sell properties.  So we formed AMERICAN FAMILY REALTY in 2006, listing, buying and selling residential properties.  In the same year, we opened a commercial division and started brokering large and small mortgages for clients all over the U.S.  Our Coporate Office is in Irvine, CA,  and we do Real Estate and Mortgage transactions in CA, FL, CO, HI and TX.  [Commerical mortgages in all 50 states.]  We are fully licensed by the CA Dept. of RE, as are all of our Sales agents and Loan Officers. As a specialist-boutique, offering extensive professional  and financial services, we have had exceptional success doing the difficult transactions.  We always show our clients all the possible programs available and how best to qualify for each.
